First off, sorry if your paycheck didn’t automatically get deposited like it was supposed to! If this happens to you, the first thing to do is double-check with your employer that you gave the correct routing and account numbers.
If you confirm that those are correct, then it’s best to reach out to us via phone at 1(844) 857-3283 (option #1) with the following information:
- The date you set up direct deposit
- The amount of the paycheck you’re missing
- The date you were supposed to be paid
- A pay stub from your employer confirming the date you were supposed to be paid and the account the deposit was sent to
- If you only directly deposited part of your paycheck, a pay stub from your other bank that shows the portion that was deposited into that account
With that information, customer support will be able to help you track down what happened and help with a fix.
