Was your card lost or stolen? First, put a freeze on your card and then message customer support through the Dave app right away.
How to freeze and report a lost or stolen card:
1. Head to the Banking tab.
2. Select Manage debit card
3. Select Freeze debit card
4. Select Report card as lost or stolen
5. Follow the prompt to reach out to customer support via chat, check out our article on How to Contact Dave
We'll ship a replacement card ASAP through First Class Mail.
Expect your card to reach the address on file within 8 -10 business days.
