Dave Chat Support is currently available Monday through Saturday between 8:00 am- 5:00 pm PST. Email is always available, you can reach us in-app by visiting the Profile tab and select email support.
To reach customer support within the Dave app:
- Click the Profile tab on your app
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Live Chat or Email Support
