Was your card lost or stolen? First, put a freeze on your card and then call customer support through the Dave app right away.
How to freeze and report a lost or stolen card:
1. Head to the "Card" section under the "Bank" tab.
2. Select "Manage debit card"
3. Select "Freeze debit card"
4. Select "Report card as lost or stolen"
5. Follow the prompt to "Call customer support"
We'll ship a replacement card through First Class Mail within 1-2 days of your request (depending on when the request was received). Expect your card to reach the address on file within 8 -10 business days.
Still waiting on your card? If you ordered your card more than 10 business days ago and you still haven't received it, please give us a call. You can reach us through the "Manage debit card" page in the app or use the phone number provided on your monthly statement.
