Can't find your debit card? Yikes, we've all been there but here's some good news:
If you've misplaced your debit card or you just need to take a spending break you can temporarily freeze your Dave card.
How to freeze your card:
1. Switch to your Dave Bank account using the icon in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Head to the Profile tab
3. Click Manage debit card or Manage virtual card
4. Select Freeze debit card or virtual card
That's it! You can unfreeze your card at any time.
Heads up: Once your debit card block has been blocked, new transactions will be declined, but any pending transactions will still process and settle to your account.
Want to unfreeze your card?
Easy. Just navigate to the Dave account, select the Profile tab, click Manage debit card, and select "unfreeze debit card", follow the same steps for your virtual card.
