Can't find your debit card? Yikes, we've all been there but here's some good news:
If you've misplaced your debit card or just need to take a spending break you can temporarily freeze your Dave card.
How to freeze your card:
1. Head to the "Card" section under the "Bank" tab.
2. Click "Manage debit card"
3. Select "Freeze debit card"
That's it! You can unfreeze your card at anytime.
Heads up: Once your debit card block has been blocked, new transactions will be declined, but any pending transactions will still process and settle to your account.
Want to unfreeze your card?
Easy. Just navigate to the "Card" section under your bank tab, click "manage debit card" and select "unfreeze debit card."
Need a new card?
